We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original or equivalent protective packaging.
How to start a return
To begin, email us at info@wovlyn.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond with return authorization and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or style you want is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. In these cases we will cover the cost of the return and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain items may be final sale where noted. Gift cards are non-returnable.
